Greek-style baked Wild Pacific Halibut

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack of Sea Crave Wild Pacific Halibut

  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives

  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp of dried oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

How To Make It:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Place the halibut in an oven-safe baking dish. Scatter the tomatoes, olives and lemon over and around the halibut.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and duntil well combined. Pour the mixture over the halibut.

  4. Sprinkle the top of the fish with the kosher salt, pepper and feta cheese. Transfer to the oven and bake until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The halibut should flake easily with a fork when done.
